Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of 1940, by a legally qualified arbitrator with experience in IT and e-commerce.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore (including consumer courts).

Termination

TREGO may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • All rights granted to you will cease immediately.

  • You must stop using the Site.

  • TREGO will not be liable for any losses resulting from such termination.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
