Return & Refund Policy 

At TREGO, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Period

  • You may return products within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and resellable condition.

  • Returns that are damaged, used, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for sending returns back to our address via a traceable courier service at their own cost.


2. Faulty or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

  • Faulty or incorrect products can be returned within 15 days in their original packaging with all accessories.

  • In such cases, TREGO will bear the cost of replacement or refund.


3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible if the requested item is available in stock.

  • To request an exchange (size, color, or another product), please contact our customer support.

  • A courier rider will pick up the current product and deliver the replacement.

  • Exchange delivery charges (two-way courier cost) = Rs. 350.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2–4 working days after receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer only.

  • Please note: Delivery charges are not refundable.

  • If your refund seems delayed, kindly check with your bank/credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  • If more than 10 working days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • TREGO is not liable for lost or undelivered return parcels.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards


7. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
