3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–6 working days across Pakistan. During peak shopping seasons, delivery may take a little longer.

No 🚚 Shipping is completely free across Pakistan, no matter the size of your order.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS, which you can use to track your package.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at thetrego.pk@gmail.com with your order details and clear pictures/videos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.

7. What is your return & refund policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 2–4 working days after inspection.

8. Do you allow exchanges?

Yes ✅ Exchanges are possible if the requested item is available. You’ll just need to return the current product, and once approved, place a new order.

9. Are there items I cannot return?

Yes ❌ Certain items like personal care products, customized goods, and items bought on sale are non-returnable.
